There are many ways corporations can support ASA and get involved in its programs.
Supporting Local Adoption Programs
Adoptive communities frequently need corporate sponsors for adoption activities. This can include making a financial contribution, providing goods or services needed for a particular activity, or offering needed goods or services at a discounted price. Most communities will provide good publicity for businesses and corporations that help support local adoption activities in these ways.
Participating in ASA's Foster-a-Unit Program
Businesses, corporations, community organizations, and even schools can get involved in the ASA Foster-a-Unit program. This provides corporations with the opportunity to do something of tremendous value to the men and women serving in a unit waiting for adoption without committing to ongoing involvement in adoption activities. It also provides the rewards of personal contact with servicemen and women both stationed at home and deployed overseas.
Providing Needed Financial Support to ASA
ASA is very much in need of financial support. Setting up adoptions, promoting our programs, providing adoption support services, traveling to visit adoptive communities, and promoting the ASA Adopt-a-Unit Program all cost money. We are extremely grateful to donors, both individual and corporate, for providing the support needed to expand our program. With your help, we can spread the word, and an ever-expanding number of servicemen and women can enjoy the benefits of an ASA sponsored adoption.
